Saudi Arabia's Wafi program has licensed three projects owned by Al Saraya Properties Co. in Dubai to sell and promote more than 2000 off-plan units in the Kingdom for two months.
The first project, Maple III, comprises 562 residential villas. The second project offers 901 housing units, while the third project features 571 residential and commercial units, Wafi said on its official Twitter account.
Wafi is an electronic platform launched by the housing ministry.
