Fawaz Alhokair appoints new board member

Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co.’s board of directors appointed on Sunday Tariq Al-Tuwaijri as an independent board member, with immediate effect starting, today Dec. 10, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.

 

Al-Tuwaijri has replaced board member Ammar Al-Khudairi, who resigned on Dec. 26, 2017.

 

The new appointment is still pending the next general assembly’s approval, the  company added.
