Dur names new vice chairman

Dur Hospitality Co.’s board of directors appointed Fahad Bin Abdullah Al-Qassim as the vice chairman and an independent board director effective Jan. 1, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The board also approved the resignation of non-executive board member Nasser Bin Mohammad Al-Subaiei, the statement added.
