Care to vote on FY 2018 dividend on April 23

National Medical Care Co.’s (Care) shareholders are set to vote on a 10 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2018, during the general assembly meeting that will be held on April 23, 2019.

 

Shareholders will also vote on stopping setting aside 10 percent from net profit as statutory deposit as the deposit has exceeded 30 percent of paid in capital.
