SGS to vote on H2 2018 dividend on April 24

Saudi Ground Services Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on an 8 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2018, at SAR 0.8 per share, during the general assembly meeting that will be held on April 24, 2019.

 

Shareholders will also elect bard members for the upcoming three-year starting on May 6, 2019.

 

Meanwhile, they will delegate the company’s board to declare dividend for FY 2019.
