Al Ahlia elects board members for the upcoming term

Al Ahlia for Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders have elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on June 2, 2019, the company said in a bourses statement.

 

The new board includes Mohammad Bin Bandar Al Saud, Mishaal Bin Ibrahim Bin Saleh Al Shaya, Omar Saleh Babeke, Abdulah Ben Naif Al Saud, Yasser Mohamed Ateq Al-Harbi, Bassam Salem Darwish, Ahmed S. Al-Mozini, Mohamed Naguib Nasr, Salah Yousef Salah Al Din Hassan, Mohamed Mustafa Saleem and Loay Khaled Mohamed Mussa.
