SADAFCO to open e-voting on general meeting items on June 7

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co. (SADAFCO) will open the electronic voting on the items of the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Friday, June 7, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The e-voting will continue until June 11, 2019, the statement added.  


Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal can vote online from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, via http://www.tadawulaty.com.sa
