Arab Sea shareholders approve 2018 reports

Arab Sea Information Systems Co.’s shareholders approved on Sunday the board report, financial statements and audit report for fiscal year 2018, the firm said in a bourse statement.

 

They approved appointing an external auditor for this year, as well as Q1 2020.

 

Shareholders of the Nomu-listed company also approved to pay board members’ remuneration worth SAR 0.9 million for 2018.
