National Building expects to disclose Q1 financials by July 10

National Building & Marketing Co. expects to issue Q1 2019 financial statements maximum by July 10, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The company is expected to hold an ordinary general meeting on June 30, and appoint a new financial auditor.

 

A trading halt will be placed on the company's shares on June 11, 2019, in line with the Listing Regulations.
