Ilmenite-Processing Plant
Overview
The project aims at establishing an ilmenite processing facility. The plant’s initial annual capacity will be 500k tpa of titanium slag, and its design enables expansion to 1mn tpa. Additionally, it will produce 235k tpa of high purity pig iron as a co-product.
The plant will require 800k tpa of ilmenite ore as a feedstock. The project is estimated to cost EUR 350mn.
