Arabian Mills for Food Products Co. (Arabian Mills) reported a net profit of SAR 63.9 million in Q1 2025, a 15% growth from SAR 55.4 million in Q1 2024.

The profit growth was bolstered by a 3.25% year-on-year (YoY) hike in revenue to SAR 247.7 million in Q1 2025, from SAR 239.92 million in Q1 2024.

 

Higher revenue was due to a 15.59% YoY increase in feed sales and steady growth of 7.18% YoY in flour, despite a 12.41% YoY decline in the bran segment.

 

Gross profit witnessed a 3.93% YoY increase to SAR 116.71 million in Q1 2025, mainly supported by revenue growth, improved efficiency, and cost control.

 

The company also reported continuous improvement in administrative and operating expenses to align with the scale of operations. It also cited decreased financing costs as a result of the company's efforts to reduce debt and increase deposit revenues.

 

On a sequential basis, net profit grew 11.8% from SAR 57.22 million in Q4 2024.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interest, stood at SAR 1.09 billion as of Q1 2025, compared to SAR 878.5 million a year earlier.
