Canadian Medical Center Co. (CMCER) reported a net profit of SAR 10.5 million in 2025, a 2.2% growth from SAR 10.3 million a year earlier.

Revenues increased to SAR 148.2 million, up 34% year-on-year, as the company secured contracts through its branches in Jubail, Riyadh, and Tabuk, leading to a wider customer base and strengthening presence in the targeted markets.

 

CMCER won new government tenders, which supported sales volume and contributed to increasing revenues.

 

However, 2025 earnings were impacted by several non-operating factors. The company recorded non-recurring and one-off expenses from the transition to the Main Market, in addition to investment portfolio losses resulting from market conditions.

CMCER incurred a net loss of SAR 1.3 million in Q4 2025, versus a net profit of SAR 4.47 million in the prior-year period.

 

On a sequential basis, the company swung to a loss from a net profit of SAR 3.48 million in Q3 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity (no minority interest) amounted to SAR 96.05 million as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 93.87 million in a year earlier period.
