The profit decline was attributed to a rise in gross profit on higher cost of revenue, lower investment income from dividends and Murabaha, losses from revaluation of investments at fair value through profit or loss (FVTPL), and provisions for expected credit losses (ECL).

On the other hand, the company highlighted a rise in revenue driven by higher cement sales volumes and increased value and volume of precast concrete sales.

Net earnings fell by 35% to SAR 41 million in Q4 2025, from SAR 63 million in Q4 2024.

On a sequential basis, the cement producer’s bottom line grew 15% from SAR 35.66 million in Q3 2025.
