Saudi stocks rose for the second consecutive day, with the benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rising 0.3%, or 23 points, to 9,374 points today, March 8, 2021, registering the highest close since 2015.
Total turnover reached SAR 15.9 billion, with the advance-decline ratio at 67:126.
Banking major Al Rajhi rose 2% to SAR 91.60, while oil giant Saudi Aramco edged up 0.3% to SAR 35.90.
MIS surged 6.5% to SAR 146.80 as the company signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with King Saud University to develop virtual clinics
NADEC gained 1.1% to SAR 33, after the firm signed a MoU with Dava Agricultural Co. (DAVA) and its sole shareholder Battal Saeed Battal Al Dosary on proposed acquisition or certain assets of DAVA.
Saudi Enaya, Amiantit and Fitaihi Group hit nearly limit up to close at SAR 40.85, SAR 28.80 and SAR 26.60, respectively.
