TASI slips to 10,277 points, turnover at SAR 3.6 bln

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 3 points lower at 10,277 points today, Dec. 21.

Total turnover reached nearly SAR 3.6 billion.

Al-Rajhi Bank declined 1% to SAR 74.70, amid transactions amounting to about 4 million shares.

SABIC, Almarai, ACWA Power, Mouwasat, Bank AlJazira, Sulaiman Al Habib and Riyadh Cables ended the session today, with declines ranging between 1% and 2%.

Shams slumped more than 3% to SAR 15.58, amid transactions amounting to about 18 million shares.

On the other hand, Saudi National Bank rose 2% to SAR 49.

Alinma Bank rose 1% to SAR 32.50, while Arab National Bank gained 2% to reach SAR 31.85. Both banks annouced cash dividends for shareholders for the second half of 2022.

Shaker was the top gainer as it rose 8%.
