US oil rig count rises for seventh straight week: Baker Hughes

The number of active oil rigs in the US increased two units to 433 during the week ended June 12, according to data released Friday by Baker Hughes, marking the seventh consecutive weekly increase.

 

Meanwhile, the number of natural gas rigs fell one unit to 554.
