During the meeting, shareholders will also vote on electing board members for the next three-year term starting July 4, 2021, and the formation of an audit committee for the same term.
Shareholders will discuss the board and auditor reports, and financial statements for 2020. In addition, they will discharge board members from liability and appoint an auditor for Q2 and Q3 of 2021 and Q1 2022, as well as determine their fees.
They will further vote on authorizing the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021.
