Saudi Economic and Development Securities Co. (SEDCO Capital) announced the distribution of a cash dividend to unitholders of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund at 1.45% of capital (SAR 0.14 per unit) for Q4 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.
