SAIC OGM to vote on 10% dividend for 2023 on June 11

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) shareholders are set to vote on a board recommendation to distribute a 10% cash dividend, or SAR 1 per share, for 2023, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The voting will be held during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 11.
