Arabian Cement to vote on 7.5% dividend for H2 2024 on April 27

Shareholders of Arabian Cement Co. will discuss the board’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 7.5%, or SAR 0.75 a share, for H2 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for April 27, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2025, the statement added.
