Saudi Steel Pipe’s OGM to vote on SAR 3.95/shr regular, special dividends on June 3

Shareholders of Saudi Steel Pipe Co. will vote on the board's recommendation to distribute regular dividends at 10% of capital (SAR 1 a share) for 2024, in addition to special dividends at 29.5% of capital (SAR 2.95 a share) from retained earnings, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 3.
