Other agenda items include voting on the repurchase of up to a maximum of 10 million shares, to be allocated for the employee stock program.

The board of directors will be authorized to complete the purchase within a maximum period of 12 months from the EGM ate. The company will retain the shares purchased for a period not exceeding 7 years from the date of the EGM approval date until they are allocated to eligible employees.
