SAIB board plans SAR 0.3/shr dividend, 1:5 bonus issue
Saudi Investment Bank’s (SAIB) board of directors recommended today, May 6, a cash dividend at 3% of capital, or SAR 0.30 a share after Zakat, for H2 2025, according to a Tadawul statement.

The board also recommended a capital increase via a 1-for-5 bonus share issue, funded through the capitalization of statutory reserves and retained earnings, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Fractional shares, if any, will be compiled into a single portfolio for all shareholders, and will be sold at market price. Their value will be distributed to eligible shareholders pro rata within a period not exceeding 30 days.
The capital increase, issuance of bonus shares, and treasury shares are subject to obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities and the company’s EGM, the statement added.
