2P renews SAR 60M credit facility deal with ANB

Prefect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) renewed a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement worth SAR 60 million with Arab National Bank (ANB), the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 13. 

 

The loan term is now extended to May 31, 2024, said the company, adding that it offered promissory notes worth the total value of the facility as guarantees.  

 

2P indicated that the financing will be utilized for funding newly awarded projects and issuing letters of credit and guarantees, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
