Eastern Province Municipality signs deals for 3 new city projects

The Eastern Province Municipality signed a series of major investment agreements and contracts today, June 25, with several investors and business leaders, with a total value exceeding SAR 2 billion.

The signed projects include the development of a recreational and tourism city on Half Moon Beach, featuring a car racing circuit and marine activities over two million square meters (sqm). Another project involves the construction of an integrated medical city in Al-Khobar Governorate, spanning 32,000 sqm.

This was in addition to an agreement for the development of an integrated labor city in Jubail Governorate on a two-million-sqm plot, as well as the establishment of a marine academy and another recreational city on Half Moon Beach, covering 290,000 sqm.

An agreement was also signed with Digital Centers for Data and Communication (Center 3) to develop digital data centers aimed at boosting investment in the digital sector.
