Axelerated Solutions inks 2 governmental contracts worth SAR 66.3M

Axelerated Solutions for Information and Communication Technology Co. announced today, Sept. 18, the signing of a contract with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) at a value of SAR 42.67 million (including VAT) for the project of network device and video communication unit security.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the 36-month contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on its financial statements during the period 2025-2028.

Axelerated Solutions will provide and set up network and video communication equipment as part of the agreement. In addition to providing video communication devices and network devices to equip all headquarters that will benefit from video communication services, it seeks to supply the necessary services for installation and supply for the project in various regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Besides, it aims to provide services related to shipping, supplying, and installing video communication devices to provide services to all beneficiaries in various regions of the Kingdom.

In a separate statement to Tadawul, Axelerated Solutions said it signed a contract worth about SAR 23.6 million (including VAT) with a government entity for the supply and installation of technical equipment.

It expects the contract, which will be valid for 24 months, to have a positive impact on its financial statements for the years 2025 and 2026.

Under the contract, Axelerated Solutions will deploy industry-leading archiving solutions for enterprise systems, ensuring data preservation and protection, compliance with regulations, retention of records for required periods, secure destruction of records when needed, report generation, and reduced load on primary storage devices, all while guaranteeing data integrity and system performance.

There are no related parties to the contract, said the company, adding that all necessary signatures have been obtained, and a copy of the contract was received on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025.
