Equipment House inks SAR 56.3M deal for King Khalid University Medical City

Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co.’s (Equipment House) shareholders approved amending Articles of Association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Oct. 13.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that shareholders approved amending Articles of Association related to the company's objectives, management, dividend entitlement and the founders' resolution on electing the management.

 

Meanwhile, they ratified the amendment to the company’s Articles of Association to comply with the new Companies Law, and the reorganization and renumbering of its articles in line with the proposed amendments.
