TASI edges up 0.1% to 11,090 pts; turnover at SAR 5.4B

Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 0.1%, or 10 points, to 11,090 points today, March 26, recording the highest close in more than a month.

Total turnover reached SAR 5.4 billion.

The index recorded highs of 11,113 and lows of 11,037.

Aramco rose by 1% to SAR 27, while Kingdom Holding surged by 7%.

SABIC AN jumped by more than 2% to SAR 141 after announcing the allocation of feedstock to establish an ammonia and urea plant.

Saleh Al-Rashed closed at an all-time high, rising 10% to SAR 55.55. Trading volume reached about two million shares.

Meanwhile, Al Rajhi Bank declined 1% to SAR 104.30.

Arabian Drilling fell 3% after announcing the temporary suspension of operations at some of its offshore drilling rigs in the GCC region.

Rasan, Maharah, Budget Saudi, ADES, Burgerizzr and Al Rajhi Takaful declined between 1% and 3%.
