Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose 0.3 percent, or 22 points, to close at 8,000 points, amid a total turnover of close to SAR 2 billion.
The advance-decline ratio stood at 69-91.
Market Index
Petchem major SABIC and banking heavyweight Al Rajhi extended their gains for the second consecutive day, gaining nearly 0.2 percent.
WAFA Insurance was the top gainer, rising 9.8 percent to SAR 10.94 followed by Extra, which gained 4.8 percent to close at SAR 59.40.
Jabal Omar climbed 2.6 percent to SAR 37.05 after it announced sale of 90 residential units to Albilad Capital for SAR 1.105 billion.
National Commercial Bank surged 3 percent to SAR 43.90; Budget Saudi was up 4.5 percent to SAR 30.15, while Saudi German Hospital rose 2.6 percent to SAR 42.15.
