Taleem REIT Fund will pay a 1.6 percent cash dividend for the second quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.16 per unit, amounting to SAR 8.16 million, the fund manager, Saudi Fransi Capital, said in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend represents 1.55 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of Dec. 31, 2018, the fund manager added.
