Al Ahli REIT (1) plans dividend for H1 2019

Al Ahli REIT Fund (1) will pay a 3.25 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2019, at SAR 0.325 per unit, amounting to SAR 44.69 million, the fund manager, Al Ahli Capital, said in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend represents 3.23 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2019, the fund manager added.
