Budget Saudi plans 5% cash dividend for H1 2019

United International Transportation Co. Ltd.’s (Budget Saudi) board of directors recommended a 5 percent cash dividend for the first half of 2019, at SAR 0.5 per share, amounting to SAR 35.58 million, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

 

Earlier, the company’s shareholders delegated the board of directors to distribute divided for FY 2019 on quarterly or semi-annual basis.
