Budget Saudi to pay H1 2019 dividend on Nov. 19

United International Transportation Co. Ltd.’s (Budget Saudi) will pay cash dividend for H1 2019 on Nov. 19, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders of record on Oct. 31, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.

 

Last month, the company’s board of directors recommended a cash dividend of 5 percent for H1 2019, at SAR 0.5 per share, according to data compiled by Argaam.
