Dallah Healthcare renames chairman, vice chairman

The board of directors of Dallah Healthcare Co. announced the re-appointment of its chairman Eng. Tarek Bin Osman Alkasabi and vice chairman Mohi Elddin Bin Saleh Kamel.

 

The company also announced, in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday, the formation of a board committee for the new term as decided during the general assembly held on Nov. 11, 2019.

 

The board secretary has been appointed, in addition to the appointment of company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Tadawul.
