Northern Cement board to withhold dividend for FY2019

Northern Region Cement Co.’s board of directors recommended withholding dividend for the fiscal year 2019 to strengthen solvency and support future growth, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

 

The recommendation is subject to shareholders' approval in the upcoming general meeting.
