Tawuniya elects new board of directors

The Company for Cooperative Insurance’s (Tawuniya) shareholders elected on March 25 a new board of directors for the next 3-year term, starting March 26, 2020, the insurer said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

 

However, shareholders disapproved the formation of a new audit committee, it added.
