SEDCO Capital REIT appoints new board member

SEDCO Capital appointed Abdulwahhab Abed as the new board member of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund with effect from May 17, 2020, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.

 

The appointment comes after the resignation of the board member Nawaf Jamjoom (executive director).

 

The new board members of the fund are:

 

- Dr. Abdulraouf Banaja (independent director and chairman)

 

- Tariq Linjawi (Independent director)

 

- Eng. Said Baarma (non-executive director)

 

- Samer Abu Aker (executive director)

 

- Abdulwahhab Abed (executive director)
