Al Moammar to pay 10% dividend for H1 2020 as of Sept. 16

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. will distribute a 10% cash dividend for H1 2020, at SAR 1 per share, as of Sept. 16, the company said in a bourse filing on Sunday. 

 

The total dividend will stand at SAR 20 million.

 

The company said that the dividend will be distributed to eligible shareholders through Saudi British Bank (SABB) branches and will be transferred to shareholders’ bank accounts.

 

On July 5, Al Moammar board of directors recommended a 10% cash dividend for the first half of 2020, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 20 million, Argaam reported.
