Swicorp opens cinema in Al Makan Mall Riyadh

Swicorp, the fund manager of Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund, announced that AMC Cinemas opened, on August 25, a 9-screen cinema theatre at Al Makan Mall Riyadh, one of the REIT’s properties, which spans an area of 3,450 square meters.

The fund manager said in a bourse statement that the new opening is part of the fund’s strategy, which continuously reviews its tenant mix to achieve optimum returns on the fund’s assets.

The fund manager expects the opening to have a positive impact on the fund.
