Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) shareholders approved amending the company’s articles of association, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Oct. 27, 2020.

 

They approved amending articles regarding the company’s capital, powers and remuneration of the board of directors, financial documents and dividend distribution.

 

Meanwhile, they also approved disbursing SAR 1.8 million as board members’ remuneration for the fiscal year 2019.
