Alasmak names Omar Al-Madhi as chairman

Saudi Fisheries Co.’s (Alasmak) board of directors approved on Oct. 29, 2020, the appointment of Omar Al-Madhi as chairman and Abdulaziz Al Owaid as vice chairman for the three year-term, started on Oct. 25, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

In addition, the board of directors approved the formation of the executive, audit, as well as nomination and remuneration committees.
