Leejam Sports, Squat Wolf ink strategic partnership agreement

Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time) on Monday, Nov. 23, said it signed a strategic partnership agreement with Alpha E-Commerce FZ LLC, the parent company of sports brand Squat Wolf.

Alpha owns, manufactures, manages, sells, and distributes Squat Wolf sports apparel line.

The agreement will have a positive impact on the firm, as it will represent a secondary source of revenue, Leejam Sports said in a statement to Tadawul.

Under the partnership, Squat Wolf will supply Fitness Time with co-branded uniforms replacing the current supplier, Adidas. For its part, Fitness Time will purchase Squat Wolf sports apparel for retail at its clubs and online store.

Moreover, the two parties will carry out multiple promotional activities at various locations.
