Naseej International Trading Co. sold 8,826 fractional shares at SAR 108.15 per share for a total of SAR 954,520, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on Jan. 13, 2021, the statement added.

 

In December 2020, Naseej shareholders approved a 65.4% capital reduction from SAR 178.16 million to SAR 61.63 million through cancelling 11.65 million shares to offset accumulated losses, Argaam reported.
