Saudi Cabinet’s decision of converting the Ministry of Finance’s law agency into an independent entity – the National Government Resources Systems Center - will reflect positively on the Kingdom’s economy, said Minister of Finance, Mohammed Al-Jadaan.

This will help boost the quality of services, enhance use of innovative and top-notch technology, support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and encourage the use of local content.

The newly-restructured center will further promote competitiveness, increase opportunities, improve the beneficiaries’ experience, evaluate the performance indicators, and further buoy integration.

The new center will offer the best solutions to manage the government resources through unified integrated systems, including budget management, procurement and supply chains, finance, human resources, payments and revenue collection. It will also address other fields, including planning as well as management of government resources, providing unified integrated systems, boosting transparency and anti-corruption activities, improving productivity and operating efficiency, and providing digitalized products.

The structured center will service government entities, private sector companies, public sector staff, as well as the financial institutions. It will offer diversified options via integrated platforms including Etimad and Tahseel.
