Herfy to start e-voting on OGM agenda on April 21

Herfy Food Services Co.’s shareholders will start on April 21, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on April 25, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders are set to vote on the board of directors' recommendation on the distribution of cash dividend at 10% of capital, or SAR 1 per share, totaling SAR 64.68 million for 2020, during the OGM.
