Malath Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved audited financial statements, as well as audit and board reports for 2020, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 28, 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also appointed Ibrahim Ahmed Albassam & Co. and Alazem, AlSudairy, Alshaikh & Partners as external auditors for Q2, Q3, Q4 2021 and Q1 2022, and discharged board members from liability for 2020.

 

Additionally, they endorsed a board remuneration of SAR 350,000 for 2020.
