Muscat Capital Co., the fund manager of Al Mashaar REIT Fund, announced the resignation of the Chairman of the board of directors, Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Busaidi (non-independent).

 

The resignation was submitted on June 23, and became effective on June 30, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

A relevant announcement will be made at a future date when a new member is appointed to fill the vacant seat following the procedures stipulated in the laws and regulations.

 

The board members after the resignation are Khalid Abdullah Alangari, Saud Saad Alsyari, Ahmed Ba Sodan, and Ahmed Bishri.
