Tourism Enterprise Co.’s (Shams) shareholders will vote on the formation of audit committee, its tasks and its supervisory and advising responsibilities, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for August 1.
The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders will vote on the compensation for its members as stated in the regulation of audit committee for the next term ending on May 27, 2024.
They will also endorse amending the list of the audit committee, and remuneration policy for board members, its committees, and members of the executive management.
