Umm Al-Qura Cement names Yousef Al Suhaibani as Chairman of audit committee

Umm Al-Qura Cement Co.'s audit committee approved, on July 28, appointing Yousef Al Suhaibani as Chairman, the cement producer said in a filing to Tadawul.

During the ordinary general meeting, held on April 29, shareholders gave the go-ahead for forming the audit committee for the three-year term starting from July 4, 2021, as well as setting its members' remuneration.

The committee's members include Fawaz Al-Fawaz (from outside the board) and Saud Alsabhan (independent member).
