National Agriculture Marketing Co.'s (Thimar) board of directors approved, on Aug. 16, appointing independent member Melfi Al Marzouqi as Managing Director, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The board also gave the go-ahead for amending Al Marzouqi's membership status to executive member, starting from the decision date until the end of the current session on May 13, 2023.

 

Al Marzouqi succeeded the previous managing director, Sari Al Maayouf, whose status was changed to non-executive board member.

 

He has a diploma in electronics from College of Technology, Bachelor of Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University, and senior executive program from London Business School.
